I loved the hotel's cleanliness, amazing facilities, and convenient location close to local restaurants and a small mall. It was a short walk to the main attractions and train station.
Cannot find any fault.

Lovely place, we did not want to leave there.
Nothing too much trouble, the venue met all required needs, couldn't recommend more it. The hotel was clean with good and stunning location to the cable car and incredible rooms. Location: the venue was right by train station as well as the lake and train station. Found a place called Sukiya Bell Kawaguchiko, set right at the hotel, ate there a few times.

The database provided was incredibly comprehensive and easy to navigate, making my research smooth and efficient. the room with views of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the majestic mountain every morning was a truly unforgettable experience.
The only drawback I encountered was the occasional slow loading time when accessing large datasets. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Spacious, clean rooms and comfy beds. Conveniently located with free massage chairs, great after skiing. Nice bathtub in room. Plenty of outlets. Beautiful Mt. Fuji view. Variety of nearby restaurants. Well-priced.
No complaints.
